Real Taste Puttu Podi is crafted from finely ground rice to deliver the softest and most flavorful puttu, a cherished breakfast staple from Kerala. Made with premium-quality rice, this puttu podi ensures perfect texture and taste every time.
- Method of preparation :
- Wet Real Taste Puttupodi with required quantity of water and salt.
- Mix for 5 minutes to obtain desired consistency (if softer puttu is desired, keep it aside for 30 minutes).
- Transfer the mix in to puttu maker with coconut gratings alternately.
- Place the maker on a pressure cooker / steaming vessel and steam for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Push out the cakes from the maker to a plate and serve with plantain or curry or chutney or with sugar.
